Cellular Trail Cameras
Muddy Outdoors stands behind the performance and reliability of our cellular trail cameras with a Two-Year Limited Warranty. The warranty begins on the date the original purchaser receives the product.
This warranty guarantees that our cellular cameras are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part at no cost to the customer.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly
- Damage caused by environmental factors such as extreme weather or animal interference
- Issues related to cellular service or network availability

Returns
Products purchased directly from gomuddy.com may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the product is new, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

GSM Outdoors does not accept returns for products that were not purchased directly from gomuddy.com. If you purchased your product from an authorized retailer or any other third party, please return it to the original place of purchase. All such returns are subject to the return policies, procedures, and terms of that retailer.
Products returned without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number may be refused.
If instructed to return a product, you may ship it using a carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and proof of delivery. GSM Outdoors is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit. COD returns will not be accepted and will be refused.
