As the hunting season approaches it is fun to hear the anxiety rise in our customer’s voices.  Our call in customers now give us deadlines when a hunting trip begins or when the local season starts.  Followed by the familiar phrase “I have to have it by then, can you get it here.”  Makes me feel pretty good to tell them that we ship 90% of our items the same day it is ordered.  No expedited freight needed.

I want to thank all the guys and gals who have visited their local pro shops and told them to get Muddy!  We are adding several good, new pro shops each week.  Time and again we are told it is because one of the owner’s “good customers” brought one of our products into the store and became our traveling salesman.  That is much more powerful than one of our guys calling them on the phone.

As sales of Muddy gear continue to grow, it has become clear that we are going to run out of some product.  While I’m happy for the sales, I’m sure I won’t like telling a customer we don’t have the product they want.  We’ll try and do a better job next year.  In the meantime, if you have some Muddy gear you can’t live without, I’d order soon.

Our first commercial for the contest finally came in.  Thanks ADP guys!  I have been told of many more on the drawing board.  Remember, you can submit as many as you want and as often as you want.   These commercials will be our advertising campaign for 2010.  Take a look at the contest if you haven’t already.
