As you read this I hope you have noticed that our web site is a valuable resource to be used by all Muddy customers. We have completely updated our pages and added many new items to our site. Most importantly, we now have the ability to change content and post important information immediately without waiting for days or even weeks. We have a renewed commitment to keep our site fresh and relevant. Muddy has been guilty of the same thing many companies in our industry do (Nothing) ….at least when it comes to web sites.

One of the most exciting things that appear on our new site is the “Get Muddy Commercial Contest”. I look for the new contest to be the most popular part of our site. We will post the entries as we get them and even allow you to help determine the winner by voting for your favorites. I think our customers will have some fun making their commercials. The opportunity to make some big money and get a ton of free publicity will be nice as well. Click on the contest link to get the details.

We have included informational videos about each product, downloadable instructions and a dealer finder to help you locate stocking dealers in your area. Our site also provides some important safety information and a few links to help you learn more. Please find the comments page and tell us what else you would like to see. Our goal is to have the most informative site in our industry. Your comments help dictate our future and the future of GoMuddy.com.

Each Month I plan to update this column with new information. While it might not be earth shattering news, it will keep you informed if you choose to read it. Rest assured it will be short and to the point, as writing is not one of the talents God gave me.
