Return /Exchange Policy

All items advertised are warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

Defective items need to be shipped to: Muddy Outdoors, 166 Jackson St., Camdenton, MO 65020 for exchange.

Muddy Outdoors will refund any item that is returned unopened, in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Contact our Customer Service Department prior to shipping any returns by e-mail CustomerService@gomuddy.com or at 1-877-366-5444.

All shipping of returned items is the responsibility of the customer. If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.

The returns department requests that you allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.

No refund will be given on defective or opened items.
